From time to time the SPCA receives feedback (from various channels) that may reflect less than satisfactory service from those in the front line attending to our customers. This could be in the form of not responding in the correct manner to a report for help by a member of the public, in relation to an animal emergency, or in the manner in which a person was spoken to when they came to adopt an animal. The SPCA is mindful of the responsibility we have in promoting kindness to animals and prevent cruelty to animals. We would ask you to please direct any complaints or feedback to us at enquiries@spca.org.sg and give us some time to get back to you.

Important Note:
If you are contacting us regarding an emergency (ie. injured, very sick or very young animals or reporting an urgent case of animal cruelty), please call the 24 hour hotline immediately at 62875355 ext 9.
