The SPCA's education programme will serve to impart the individual with the right attitude in treating and caring for animals. He or she will also benefit from learning to have more respect and love for animals. The education programme incorporates:

Talks
(Why not link the talk with our Animal Hero's Project? Find out more details here)

Talks are carried out in primary and secondary schools, junior colleges, tertiary institutions for the assembly programme and ECA group gatherings. This service is also available to libraries, community centres and other organisations that make a request.

The topics covered during the multimedia presentation include:
What the SPCA does
Pet Responsibility
Animal Abuse

Visits
Visits are also conducted at the SPCA's premises. What it entails is a 1½ hours visit where the participants will attend a talk about the SPCA and are enlightened as to how they can help the animals and after that it's interaction time and lots of love and cuddles with the animals in the adoption shelter.

Promotions
Promotions can be arranged where the SPCA's educational display boards are exhibited with information about the SPCA, pet care and animal abuse. Free materials on pet care will also be made available.

Sign up for our education talk and/or visit here.
