Ikea is usually associated with affordable quality furniture and household items. But on the 19th July, IKEA Tampines became the host for SPCA's education efforts to promote kindness to animals among 25 Smale members, which included youngsters aged 6 to 9 years, and their parents.

It was a fun-filled morning with talks by SPCA's Education Executive Selina Sebastian, quizzes and the highly anticipated interaction session with the SPCA shelter animals. This time around, we brought two adorable kittens named Patches and Sherry which were showered with love and even affection by all who came.

SPCA was very pleased to see the younger ones so comfortable with the cute furry siblings, as they played with them. Thank you IKEA for giving SPCA this wonderful opportunity to educate your members.
