Cat Found In Woodlands With Rubber Band Tied Around Left Front Leg

On 1 August 2013, a white and grey cat was found at the void deck of Block 837 Woodlands St 82, with what appeared to be an injury from a vehicle accident. Upon closer examination, our Animal Rescue Officer found a white rubber band wound tightly around the cat’s left front leg, causing the leg to swell up. Our consultant vet successfully removed the rubber band and the cat is now recovering in our shelter. Rabbit found abandoned at Senja Road

A white and brown rabbit was found allegedly abandoned at Blk 632A Senja Road on 26 July 2013 at about 12pm. We received a call from the public and our Animal Rescue Officer (ARO) arrived on the scene to find the rabbit abandoned in a cage by the refuse bin centre. The rabbit seemed to have an injured hind leg/foot. Our ARO brought the rabbit back to our shelter. Judge Rules In Favour Of The SPCA

We found this Husky (now named Zac by his loving family) just over a year ago. Our Animal Rescue Officer (ARO) had received a call from the public and arrived on the scene to meet with a kind finder, who informed him that he had found the male Husky pup tied to a tree and subject to the elements.
