Rabbits
1. What should I feed my rabbit?
There are many commercial rabbit mix available in the pet shops. You can purchase pellets, with mixture of timothy or alfafal hay. You can also provide your pet rabbit with fresh vegetables like carrots. However, do not overfeed your rabbit with fresh vegetables or rabbit treats because it will cause diarrhoea.

2. Why is my rabbit shedding?
It is normal for rabbits to shed or moult at least once yearly. What you will need to do is to do daily brushing to encourage new fur growth. Moulting can last for about 3-4 weeks. However, if the shedding gets overly excessive, your rabbit may be suffering from a fungal skin infection or has a fur mite infestation.
